As brand value is part of the balance sheet, it´s becoming more and more critical to have a good plan, to know what to do and, say. We´ll give you the tools, both theory and practice, that will help you to protect your brand regardless if it´s media calling when shit hit the fan or if it´s an unhappy customer with a large following.

This training will give you the ABC manual on how to handle an arising crisis with so little brand damage as possible. We advice management groups to take this training.
